Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information RoboSecurity collects through robosecurity.io and what we do with it. RoboSecurity is a service of 2Secure Corp ("we", "us").
- We collect only what you type into our contact form, plus basic technical data needed to run and protect the site.
- We use it to reply to you and to provide the services you ask about.
- We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use advertising trackers.
- You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, company, work email, phone number if you add it, the number and type of robots you run, your message, and your score from the self-check. If you email or call us, we receive what you choose to share.
The self-check. The exposure self-check runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you submit the contact form, in which case only the total score is included.
Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver the site, block abuse and keep logs for security. When you submit the form we also record your IP address, approximate country and submission time so we can detect spam.
Cookies. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, the check that protects our form from bots, may set a cookie or read browser signals strictly to tell people from automated traffic.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule assessments or incident response
- To provide, bill for and improve the services you engage us for
- To protect the site, our systems and our clients from fraud and abuse
- To meet legal, insurance and contractual obligations
If you become a client, we may send you security advisories that affect equipment you run. Every such email includes a way to opt out.
When we share it
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that run our infrastructure on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, security, form protection and email delivery), Google Fonts (typefaces loaded by your browser), and our email provider. They may use it only to provide those services.
- Within 2Secure Corp, which operates RoboSecurity.
- When you ask us to, for example to coordinate with your robot integrator or insurer.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of our clients.
- With a successor if 2Secure Corp or RoboSecurity is sold or merged, under the same protections.
Client and assessment data
Information we handle during an engagement, such as network captures, controller configurations and findings, is governed by your service agreement with us, not by this website policy. We treat it as confidential client information.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, generally no more than three years after our last contact unless you become a client. Security logs held by our hosting provider are kept for a short period, as needed to operate and protect the site.
How we protect it
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Form submissions are checked for bots and delivered directly to a restricted company mailbox. Access to inquiries is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply the same controls we recommend to our clients.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on your state of residence you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
